Successioned is a business succession planning platform, founded by Anesan Naidoo. The product's job is to help business owners work out what happens to their business when they eventually step away, starting with a diagnostic quiz that scores where they actually stand today.
This wasn't a website brief, it was a product brief. A working quiz engine with real scoring logic, gated reports that only unlock once a user has answered the diagnostic, payment processing to charge for the deeper reports, and an admin dashboard so the business could actually see and manage its own users. None of it existed yet. It needed to be built from a blank canvas, and it needed to work correctly the first time, not iterate its way there in public.
We built the entire platform from scratch: the quiz engine and its scoring logic, gated report delivery tied to quiz results, Stripe payment integration for the paid tier, and an admin dashboard giving the Successioned team full visibility and control over their own platform. Database architecture through to the front end, proof of concept through to a live, working product.
